Abstract: The annual report of the Longitudinal Study of Australian Children for the 2006-07 year focuses on the Wave 2 data collection and the early trends to emerge from this wave. It includes: the Director's report; Wave 2 data collection; Wave 2 snapshot; breastfeeding; mothers' labour market participation; financial wellbeing of families; child care and employment; parental work and time with children.
